We’re not quite sure yet whether the 3T Exploro’s aero-gravel niche is big enough for competition, but Rondo simply prohibit it: The adventure bike specialists have the HVRT, an aero-graveller in their luggage for 2019 that bridges the gap between fast sprinters and balanced allroad bikes with numerous aero details. These include the integrated caliper clamp, aero lining for the disc brake caliper on the fork, carbon caliper bracket with D-profile, high-profile wheels and flat seat stays. For a tire clearance of up to 47 cm, however, a chainstay had to be lowered. The geometry is Rondo-typically variable and can be adapted for road or off-road use. The guys at the factory trimmed the HVRT an Aero Racing bike and it comes 28er tires. The prices start at $3.149.
